My Promise

What’s the word of a car dealer worth? Unfortunately for most people not much.

An apology...
As the General Manager of Thornton road Hyundai I want to apologize to you. I just took over the dealership recently and prior to me taking over the dealership it had been underperforming and treating customers as comodities. Hence the underperformance. Also the dealership's customer service was average or poor on a consistent basis. Even though it wasn't under my watch when that happened I still feel personally responsible to make it right.

I'm sharing this with you because I am going to ask for two things:

                                                 1. A little grace.
                                                  2. A lot of honesty.
 

The only way we can get better is if our customers tell us the truth. When we deliver a First Class Experience please review us. When we don't please tell us (me personally if possible) and give me a chance to make it right and then review us.

A confession...
I don’t like selling cars. What I mean is that I don’t like “just selling cars”. I love the car business because it allows me to meet and help so many unique people. That part I love! But just selling a car… that gets old fast. And so I apologize if you have ever had a bad experience shopping or buying a car from me, my team, or in general. I'm not perfect, my team is still getting better, and we know we have room (sometimes a lot of room) for improvement.

So I decided a while ago to stop just selling cars and start serving people. And that leads me to my personal promise to you.

Our First Class Experience Promise:

You will be treated fairly and with respect.

You will be offered competitive and fair pricing.

You will be given all the information you need to make an informed decision.

You will be shown vehicles that solve your situation.

You deserve First Class treatment and we will deliver a First Class Experience.


You and I both know you can't make all of the people happy all of the time. However I am striving to make most of the people happy most of the time.

If at any time you feel that I or anyone on my team failed to keep this promise I want you to share your thoughts with me dbooth@wgautogroup.com and with the world. I believe time will either promote a person or expose a person. I hope you give us the opportunity and time to earn your trust, respect, and business!
